To put it simple, farmer’s racer do everything to make you feel content with your experience with us. Below you find a legal guideline. Although, common sense and flexibility is what we aim at. Should there be any questions, let us know. You find e-mail, phone number and address under Contact.
By placing an order you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Terms of Sale and Availability
A contract for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted i.e. all orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order.
When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide are true and accurate. You assure that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
Due to availability, dispatch times may vary and all dates for delivery are estimated only and may change. If dispatch is delayed more than 7 days we will notify you via mail. Farmer’s racer cannot take liability for any loss, damage or delay.
Confirmation of payment
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from paypal confirming your payment: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
Pricing
We really put an effort into keeping all details, descriptions and prices which appear on our website accurate. Nevertheless, being human, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible. You will then be given the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
Returns
In the unlikely event that the purchase does not completely satisfy you we will happily issue a replacement or refund. This provided that the item(s) is/are returned within 10 days of receipt as long as the item is ”like new”: unworn, complete with all original tags, and in original and resalable condition.
Once we received the returned goods we will send you a confirmation email. After you have returned your items properly, we will check your order and exchange your goods or refund you the money as soon as possible.
If you are returning an item for a refund, we will refund you the full amount MINUS our original delivery cost.
Please note that you are responsible for arranging and paying for the return of the goods.
